We will meet at Kraemer MS

You are responsible for transportation to and from the tournament.
5:15p Call Time at Valencia Field Tournament
Meet at the trailers in front of the Kraemer Office
Take Kraemer Blvd. to Alta Vista, drop off at the entrance
Unload trailers, start getting dressed in halves
6:00p Visual Warm-up
6:50p Water then full uniform
7:00p Walk to Music Warmup
7:10p Music Warm-up – Zone A (middle of campus)
8:00p Walk to Stadium
8:15p Pre-Stage
8:30p Performance Time
9:00p Awards
9:45p Change out of uniforms/load trailer after awards
10:30p Approximate dismissal time from Kraemer MS

Every spectator attending the tournament is required to purchase admission.
Spectator admission is $15.00 and $10.00 for children under 12. Children 5 and under are free.
