The El Dorado Band Boosters are pleased to offer a great fundraising program to help families raise funds for their student’s individual fair-share account. Profits from this program will first be used for any unpaid Marching Season Participation Contributions for Band and Color Guard. Funds can then be used for Participation Contribution for Winter Guard, Winter Drumline, Jazz Band or student Band Banquet ticket. Beyond this, any profit generated will go to the General Fund.
About RaiseRight
RaiseRight is a program that allows band supporters to purchase gift cards from hundreds of retailers and restaurants, including Amazon, Arco, Albertsons, Macy’s and Starbucks. Supporters get to spend 100% of the amount they paid for the gift card. The retailer pays the band a percentage of each gift card sold. The percentage varies, but ranges from 1% to 20%. Family and friends can help out by either ordering gift cards from you, or they may set up their own accounts to order directly, being sure to notify the Scrip Coordinator that they are a supporter of your student.
How to Purchase
It is easy to sign up and you can order eGift cards 24/7 and use within minutes of purchasing OR you can place an order for physical gift cards (see Land of Band for ordering details)
To get started, email the Scrip Coordinator at scrip@eldoradoband.com to receive the band’s enrollment code. Please include your El Dorado Band connection – ie your child/grandchild/next door neighbor is a Eldo Flute musician or Eldo Color Guard member – and the best number to reach you at if we have any questions.

Click on “REGISTER”, then “Join a Scrip Program”.
*Enter the band’s enrollment code
*Register and create your profile
*Set up your payment method of checking account (takes a couple of days) or credit card. A 2.6% fee will be charged to credit card orders (you must select one of these options – pay coordinator is not an option)
*Shop the large selection of cards, order and pay online with your preferred form of payment.
*eGift cards (ScripNow) will be charged a nominal fee per order and will be sent to your dashboard within a couple of minutes!

*There will be a 15% service charge on the profit you generate – this amount is deducted before your earnings post to your fair share account. (For example: a $100 Home Depot card generates $4.00 profit – the band general fund gets .60 cents and your fair share account will receive a $3.40 credit)
Your student’s fair share account will be credited with your Scrip profits on a monthly basis (credited the month after the earning month).
Earnings period for the 2023-2024 School Year will run from July 1, 2023 to May 30, 2024.
**June earnings will go to the general fund**
You can easily check your Shop with Scrip account at any time to see how much profit you have earned.
