Phonetree & Email Info To make sure all El Dorado Band and Colorguard students and parents are aware of all the events going on through the year, we have two ways to send information to you – the phone tree and e-mail.  When you register for band and colorguard, make sure the contact phone number and e-mail you provide are the ones where you would like to receive your communications – provide multiple numbers or e-mail addresses if desired. Phone Tree The Phone Tree is an automated messaging system that calls your phone.  When you first answer the phone you will hear a chime, followed by the recorded message.  Our messages will always by identified as coming from El Dorado Band Boosters.  If you don’t answer in person and you have an answering machine, the Phone Tree will attempt to leave a message.  If you don’t have an answering machine it will try to call back several times before giving up.  Be sure to tell those in your family how the system works so you don’t miss your messages.  When you are listening to the message you can have it start over by pressing the star (*) key before the message is complete.  You can also check Phone Tree messages at any time on the web site calendar!  E-mail We will also use E-mail communications throughout the year.  These messages will come from edhsbandboosters@roadrunner.com.  You can respond back to this address if you have any questions about the message or would like to change your e-mail address.
